I am a Chef,Entrepreneur/Restauranteur with over 24 years of culinary experience,I am currently based in Trinidad and Tobago providing a customizable catering service offering both savory and or sweet dishes,I have worked at several residenceโ€™s,hotels and restaurants over the years solidifying my career as a chef before opening my very own restaurant. I offer a fusion of both local and international influences making your experience a memorable one.
My creative pairings are as beautiful as they are exceptionally delicious! My cooking styles are vast but usually a fusion of some type from all the countries around the world of which Iโ€™ve gained my culinary experience,from France to Italy to Spain and of course the beautiful Caribbean,my cuisine is a scrumptious modern fusion.
